What is Alphabetic Character Set?


Alphabetic Character Set refers to the characters that make up the alphabet, in both upper and lower case. The alphabetic character set is often used in eye exams; letters are printed in both upper and lower case and you are asked to identify which letter it is from a distance with one eye closed.
